Little Infinities

Achievement test in School internship programme was conducted on 23 rd january 2020. It was conducted in my class IX G. The test was based on two chapters Prisms and proportion. 42 students have written the exam. The test was out of 25 marks. 2 students of my class got full marks. I presented a small gift to each one of them as a token of appreciation. Achievement test question paper

The conscientisation class was taken on 22nd january 2020 in class IX A1. Thet, topic was drug abuse. A group of five members including Sr Princy, Aju, Sreeja, Anoop and myself took the class. All of us covered different areas of drug abuse including it's causes, remedies etc and showed a video too. Then we gave placards to the students and took some photographs with them. They were very attentive.

Week 6 WEEK - 6 (13/01/2020-17/01/2020) In this week I was able to complete 3 lesson plans and thus made a total of 26 lesson plans. In this week, I took one of my classes based on the Constuctivist model. . This week I showed my two innovative works in the class.

Week 5 WEEK - 5 (06/01/2020-10/01/2020) Here begins the remaining section of our teaching practice, after the Christmas vacation. All the students seemed energetic this week which is surely the reflection of the new year. Students got the scores of their exams. On these days I could see a mixture of feelings in my class....some were happy of the unexpected scores.....some were sad about their lost marks....also there were some who had no expressions at all after receiving their answer papers. But all returned to the normal mood soon. On Monday, I started the new chapter prisms. On Tuesday I taught some problems based on the concept . Wednesday was holiday. Students were actively listened the class. They understand the concept of Prism and its different types. On Friday I started next concept volume of any prism and did some problems. I have completed five lesson plans in this week which made my lesson plan to a total of 23.

Week 4 WEEK-4 (9/12/2019-11/12/2019) This was the last week of our teaching practice before Christmas vacation. We would be there only for three working days as we have to come back college on Thursday for other activities in the college. As the Christmas exam for high school section started, we didn't have any classes. We involved in our record writing and making activity cards etc.. I am eagerly waiting for the next phase of teaching practice after vacation to get a hand full experience from January 6th onwards.... 

Week 3 WEEK-3 (2/12/2019-6/12/2019) This was the third week of our teaching practice. In this week I completed only one lesson plan as my concerned teacher asked me to give  revision for Christmas Exam. On Monday I didn't get my class as my concerned teacher took revision for students. On Tuesday and Wednesday also I didn't get any class. On Thursday I got sixth period.Then I completed the chapter real numbers. On Friday we didn't get any class as our school celebrated Christmas Function. The school auditorium was completely decorated and it was very colorful to my eyes. The function was started around 10.00am. There were carol song , dance, instrumental fusion songs performed by students. One of the fatty students dressed up like santa gave Christmas message. The school was in a complete  festive mood. By the last week I have completed the portions for Christmas Exam. On the whole this week was a nice experience for me. Waiting to get another week of handful ...
